One of the easiest "get rid of cellulite" home remedies you can try is a cellulite massage oil. Just make sure that you apply the formula at least twice a day... and do your best to not skip any. When you apply this oil you will notice firmer and smoother skin. You're going to need three things:
1. Geranium Oil
2. Almond Oil
3. Juniper Berry Oil
The preparation of these is super simple. Just take 2 tablespoons of almond oil, five drops geranium oil, and five drops juniper berry oil and mix them together. Then use this mixture to massage your problem areas. Smooth the oil into your skin in a circular motion using enough pressure so that it feels like a massage.
My other favorite "get rid of cellulite" home remedies use coffee grounds. Coffee, when applied externally, helps draw blood to your skin and improve circulation.
If you apply coffee to your problem areas you will notice your skin get smoother and tighter. Just be careful if you're sensitive to caffeine... your body will absorb it and give you a buzz. If you're not used to it can be quite a shock to your system.
This method is also really simple... but it can get really messy. All you do is take warm coffee grounds and massage them into your problem area.
Leave them on there for about 15 minutes or so and then rinse them off. If I were you I would leave a towel under me while I was doing this, as coffee tends to get everywhere.
You can combine these two get rid of cellulite home remedies. I like to take the oil mixture and mix it with the coffee grounds to make a paste like substance... it's a little less messy.
These home remedies do work... but they are messy and inconvenient. I've always found that it's easier and just as effective for me to just apply a cellulite cream. They smell better, they are more convenient, and they are proven to work.
