Home Remedies to Cure Gout Naturally

Excessive deposits of uric acid in our body lead to gout. When the level of uric acid increases, it gets deposited in our joints instead of being eliminated by the kidneys. Gout causes inflammation and swollenness of the feet, knees, wrists, elbows and hands. At times, this deposition can be observed in kidneys, areas below skin and in the urinary track.

The gout symptoms are inflammation of the joints and pain. These symptoms appear only during the night.

Prepare a concoction from 150 ml of water and the juice obtained from a half of lemon. Drink this remedy three times daily. Because lemon is a rich source of vitamin C it has the great property to help in dissolving the acid uric deposits.

Drinking about 2 liters of water daily you will manage to lessen the gout attacks and to prevent the development of the kidney stones.

French beans are very useful in treating gout. Squeeze French beans to obtain about 25-30 ml of juice and drink it two times daily. This remedy has the capability to reduce the inflammation and to cure efficiently gout.

Banana is a rich source of phosphorus and other minerals and that's why it is a great remedy for gout. It will eliminate the uric deposits and will prevent the gout attacks. The person that suffers from gout should eat 4-5 bananas daily.

Citrus fruits, tomatoes, berries, leafy green vegetables and green pepper are rich sources of Vitamin C and they should not miss from the diet of the persons that confront with gout.

Strawberries, cherries and apples are also very beneficial in curing gout.

For example white willow bark, Devil's claw root, flower tops, gingerroot and meadowsweet leaves are very efficient anti-inflammatory substances and offer a great relief.
